Return & Refund
Wessentials will refund only any regular priced, defective, or unused product within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Return conditions must be unopened, undamaged and in brand new condition.
Refund usually takes 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items, but depending on your bank, it may take up to one billing cycle.
Customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from refund.
Defective, Damaged Goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received defective or damaged items, please email us along with a photo or video showing the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is placed with missing and/or incorrect shipping information, it will be customer's responsibility to pay to have it re-shipped to a correct address.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased before or after any promotional sale are not subject to any price adjustments in regards to sale pricing.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. As of now, we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. We DO NOT offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or international at this time.
It usually takes 1-2 business days for processing; 3-5 business days for shipping.

Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in incorrect recipient address, thus having to cancel your order and refund your purchase price. We can only ship to one address per order.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and Company holidays.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale prices.
If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of recording your order. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s).
