WHAT IT IS
Express Complete Hair Color Kit comes with everything you need to bleach and color your hair at home! Each kit comes with an Express Color Semi-Permanent and all the tools you need for the bleach and color process.

- Always do on a test strand first!
- Make sure your hair is dry, non shampooed, and detangled
- Wear gloves
2. Prepare lightener mixture
- Shake powder lightener packet to loosen contents.
- Tear powder lightener packet and pour entire contents into tray provided. During this time, keep the packet away from your eyes and face.
- Add Crème Developer into the tray.
- Mix well with brush until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
3. Lighten lengths first, and then apply to roots:
- Apply the prepared lightener mixture 1 inch away from the scalp
- Evenly distribute the mixture on your hair
- Leave on your hair for 20-30 minutes, or until desired level of lightness is achieved.
- Make sure to check hair every 5-10 minutes for desired level. Do not over-process hair.
- After lengths have lightened to desired level, apply remaining mixture onto root area.
- Gently smooth lightening mixture onto roots, and leave on for no more than 30 minutes.
- Keep gloves on and thoroughly rinse product from your hair using lukewarm water.
- Squeeze the excess water from hair.
- Apply shampoo to your hair and rinse thoroughly with warm water until water runs clear.
- After bleaching and shampooing your hair, towel dry so that hair is at least 65% dry
- Divide hair into small workable sections, and apply Express Color Semi-Permanent onto each section. Wear gloves before applying color to avoid staining.
- Let hair process for 15-45 minutes. Leave on hair for longer to achieve a more vivid result.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water until water runs clear. Apply conditioner if necessary.
- Dry and style as usual.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale prices.
If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of recording your order. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s).
