When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.

To change or cancel your order, please email us ASAP (within 24 hours) upon placing your order.

To make an address change, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and make sure to provide accurate city, state, and zip code information. Please note that we are not able to guarantee an address change once a order has been placed. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos will result in incorrect recipient address, thus having to cancel your order and refund your purchase price. We can only ship to one address per order.
