We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale prices.  

If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.) 

To cancel an order, please email ASAP and we’ll help you find a solution.  

To change your shipping address, please email our Customer Care team by
emailing with your order number and updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been processed to ship.

Occasionally we offer promo codes good for discounts on If you have a valid code, you can apply it at checkout.

  2. Enter the promo code and select "APPLY."

If the promo code you enter is valid, we'll immediately apply the discount to your order total and show you the updated amount.

Wessentials currently ships to the U.S. domestic states.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or other countries (international) at this time.

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2-3 business days - orders placed after 3PM are processed the next business day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. 

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it doesn’t’ hurt to check with your neighbors and/or post office in the meantime!
